The South-West Oltenia Regional Development Agency has organized, as the partner of Enterprise Europe Network, the annual Ro-Boost SMEs conference – “Boosting Smart and Innovation-Driven Growth for Romanian SMEs”, on the 21st of October 2016, at the Multifunctional Center of Craiova, within the Trade Fair of Oltenia.
The event was international in nature, and the co-organizers were Novi Sad – Business Incubator of Serbia and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hajdú-Bihar of Hungary. The event was supported by the European Association of Development Agencies (EURADA) as part of the WATIFY consortium.
WATIFY is a company, funded and supported by the European Commission, which aims to stimulate the digital transformation of European companies from different sectors, especially SMEs, and their adoption by them of some advanced technologies, systems and methods.
The conference was followed by a brokerage event addressed to SMEs interested in expanding their business to another country. “DigitalBusinessMatch 2016” was a multi-sectoral event where regional companies were able to interact with foreign companies in order to establish transnational business partnerships.
